With the migration of the Champions Stakes from Newmarket to Ascot last year, the positioning and branding of the remaining card was a tricky task for Newmarket.
Its interesting to note that all 7 winners on ‘Future Champions Day’ in 2011 have failed to win a race since.
3 of them have never seen a racecourse again.
