They’re pretty much getting similar weather to us currently and it’s to be mid 20s degrees on Sat & Sun.
I’m hoping the showers stay away.

I thought Henri Matisse did so well to win last time out. He looked completely run off his feet at one point but stuck on very gamely for the win.
O’Brien normally leaves a tonne to work with which made the win all the more impressive.

He needs top of the ground though so I won’t be having a bet until it’s nrnb and we have a better indication of the ground.

O’Briens other runner Camille Pizzaro is also very interesting. Has already won a G1 around the track and handles most ground conditions.
Ran very well on his seasonal debut and Officer has given that form a nice boost since.

Harrington’s runner Hotazhell is another which interests me but having no prep run is a worry and I’ve got no luck at all when backing Harrington lol.
His G1 win against Delacroix is very impressive form.

The storms are predicted for late afternoon so should get away with it. Could have a similar situation to last year when a wild one hit during racing and suspended racing for a little while.

I’m not missing out on JONQUIL again, happy with the 13/2 on offer.

    Agree with Jonquil 13/2

The 1000 Guineas looks decent enough too.. The fav looks a class act and had another gear but Shes Perfect was close enough to have a pop at 12/1

Bit of an annoying comeback race really for the fav Nath. Didn’t really give an idea of how much she has improved due to the nature of the race. For that reason, I’m oot.
I did put a small bet on Fabre’s Better Together as 17/2 four places lured me in.

Henri Matisse for me but only a small bet as I’m still sulking that he didn’t run at Newmarket.

Haven’t done any homework for this but don’t think Aomori City can be ignored. Course and distance may just suit him today. Buick a plus.

He’s an absolute airplane but pulls on the handbrake the minute he’s in front lol.
Always been a bit of a headcase.
