Was Lennon not the manager when Ross County knocked Celtic out of the Scottish Cup?
Thought so, can’t see how his inept managerial skills and poor signings can stop Rangers from making it 3 in a row.
I’d agree with the first part of those sentiments Porky, but unfortunately Lennon’s inept managerial skills and poor signings will still be better than a Rangers side that are selling their best players left, right and centre.
August 4, 2010 at 19:55 #311009Rangers have lost some very good players but there are three new signings on the way and this will be more than enough to retain the SPL, Celtic are being given the runaround as we speak by a very average Braga side.

You must have been watching a different game from most of us. Celtic won 2-1 and it should have been more – even though they did not look anywhere near the finished article. Lennon has a lot to learn by his won admission. Once he gets a settled side and they get a few games under their belt, no team in Scotland will stop them from winning the league this season.
For the record, Neil Lennon, as Celtic boss, maintained a 100% home winning record this evening in competitive matches.

August 5, 2010 at 00:10 #311040Celtic did eventually win the game but Braga knew they had the game wrapped up when they scored first to make the agg score 4-0, you certainly did watch a different game from the rest of us but then again you only watch the one team in a match.
I’ll say again Lennon was the manager when Ross County knocked them out of the Scottish cup last season, Celtic take anyone on as manager these days.
