The Champion Hurdle winner wins.
November 29, 2025 at 14:04 #1746002The heir apparent can’t jump either!
November 29, 2025 at 14:05 #1746003Wtf did i just watch
November 29, 2025 at 14:05 #1746004Nice to see the disrespected Golden Ace win.
November 29, 2025 at 14:05 #1746005More bubbles burst there than you get before kick off at a West Ham home match
Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
November 29, 2025 at 14:07 #1746006Brilliant, well done to the Golden Ace team.
November 29, 2025 at 14:07 #1746007Good to see the Champion Hurdle picture becoming a bit clearer ;o)
November 29, 2025 at 14:08 #1746009Oh dear. Well done anyone on the mare, deserves her victory. As CAS says you gotta jump ’em. Maybe Tony Mullins is right and CH needs a dog and a white stick. Surely no horse is that stupid that he can’t learn the consequences. Glad he’s up, hope Nico OK.
November 29, 2025 at 14:08 #1746010The lion was racing when he fell though , seriously there cant be any defending of the the hill now , Mullins surely must be aiming Lossiemouth at the Champion
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
November 29, 2025 at 14:10 #1746012Backed the winner for small money at 28/1 EW, also had Nemean Lion at 66/1 EW and was quite sure that Anzadam should have been at least a 4/1 chance. Hope both fallers are okay.

adds a bit of intrigue anyway. I would say that Lossie is yawning and stretching at home…but she came a cropper last year too. At the moment Golden Ace is winning the “who is the best hurdler” competition cos she can actually hurdle.November 29, 2025 at 14:11 #1746014Think Anzadam will improve with the run as he travelled like the best before getting tired – the winner also had race fitness on her side. Fair play to Nemean Lion as he has run a screamer.
Ch – do they consider returement now as it was the exact same mistake again and with 3 falls in last 4 races do you now worry that the law of averages may turn against him at some point where he might not get up from the next fall?
The New Lion fall was a similar mistake to CH and I don’t think riding him handy was the right call (always held up previously) as he almost tried to run out at one of the hurdles and didn’t seem like he was concentrating too much on the job at hand.
November 29, 2025 at 14:11 #1746015The bookies must love the champion hurdle , let’s face it they’ve had 2 huge pickups thanks to Scotts horse
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
November 29, 2025 at 14:12 #1746016These days (since losing confidence in his own jumping) Constitution Hill needs to lead. Not even having anything at his side. Put off in his Cheltenham prep, Cheltenham and Ireland before today. Newcastle in front over the first and then upsides at the second… Crash. He’s put off by other runners.
Last season connections of The New Lion were at pains to hold him up. Just isn’t used to leading and lost concentration up front today.
Value Is EverythingNovember 29, 2025 at 14:14 #1746017Skelton said while he had put plenty work into the Lion he’d come on for it , the Mullins horse prob will come on for it but I just don’t see that as champ hurdle form , let’s face it the best run so far is Lossiemouth , Ricci surely is going to want her to run in the Champion
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
November 29, 2025 at 14:15 #1746018Give The New Lion a pass in that and another chance, being in the lead most of the race was unlikely the plan.
November 29, 2025 at 14:17 #1746019William Munny by no means out of the CH picture.
