Not a race where I’d be desperate for an Antepost, but while there’s three places on offer, I’d prefer to bet Benson here, rather than The Greatwood (I’d still bet him there)

I’ve found The Sandy Thomson yard a little underwhelming so far this season, but that’ll turn soon, and though about five stone behind Consitution Hill, I think he’s the type who could outrun his odds here. Hopefully CH will scare a few off, snd Benson will be allowed to take his chance

I think that it’s daft betting against Constitution here, but I’ll take advantage of the 3 plcs and I’ve went with Not So Sleepy at 14-1

I’m as big a fan of Sandy as Bobby and the yard are now starting to fire ( they do tend to need the first run and come on mountains for it ) Benson need decent ground so def worth keeping an eye on the weather

Talking about re scheduling it at Sandown. Why? If it’s going to be rescheduled why not reschedule it at Newcastle? Can someone explain to me why that isn’t possible? So what if there might be another meeting up north on that day. Haven’t they decided to have racing at Chepstow and another nearby track on a day when there’s no racing anywhere else that day? Those races are northern races and imo they need to stay in the north ( ok, I know I’m biased….)
