Nassau Stakes next according to Gosden…….but on that performance, I would love to see her take on Paddington in the Sussex….not sure he would have faced a horse with that kind of serious turn of foot before.

If she does go back up to 10F, they need to get her to settle better because even here in the very early stages she was doing a bit too much but the faster pace at a mile helped her big time to settle quicker.

    “10f horse”

Or running flat after a quick turnaround. Or maybe both.

Thanks Mike, thanks Ian. Well done winners. I’d also love to see her against Paddington in the Sussex Stakes. There might be so much more to come from her after running her over 8f.

Couldn’t understand Via Sestina being turned out so early again after a tough G1 victory only 13 days ago. The Nassau is only 3 weeks away which would have been the perfect gap for her to recover. They’ll probably run her in that now as well and get her hammered again.

I’m not gonna lie, after her last two runs, I was wondering if she was still the filly she was.

Impressive here, but I’d not get carried away – Via Sistina was totally weighed down by my 3/1 ante-post bet and the list of racehorses capable of beating Remarquee by five lengths is not inconsiderable.

Don’t forget the winner only ran 14 days ago – maybe the G1 win at the Curragh for Via Sistina wasn’t the strongest race overall in terms of quality, outside of her abysmal run in the 1000g Remarquee was only beaten 1L by the Irish 1000g winner at Ascot

They were all facing a proper G1 horse today who has come back to that form with a vengence today so it my prove in time to be a good run to finish 3rd today.

True, but she has previous. 16 days from Oaks to Prix De Diane.
