Fallon has failed a drug test in France in August. Awaiting confirmation with the B sample.

There have been rumours circulating for some time, so the news isn’t a great shock.
It’s a shame people think the fix scandal is more serious than this.
Much depends on "the substance" but if he takes something that makes him think he’s Superman. he tehn becomes a danger to his fellow Jockeys the horses and himself.
There wold be only one course of action to take if found guilty.

To answer on Lingfield’s behalf – Sky are reporting it and it is consistent with the rumours that were circulating.
They are also reporting the "B" sample is positive

Had heard the rumuors for a while as well but hadn’t seen it reported anywhere up to now..
With the Contempt of Court Act it wasn’t possible to report or say anything publicly whilst the court case was ongoing.
One of those cases of an open secret that could not have been discussed openly.
I suspect Mr Fallons smiles yesterday were through gritted teeth because he would have known as soon as the court case finished then news of the drugs test would be made public.
