The maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse is too hard for me but I’ll try Digby in the 2.5m handicap hurdle ew with 6 places on offer.

In the mares’ novices hurdle I’ll try Braganza and Hors Piste ew again, both currently at 33-1 ew.

Gevrey has garnered plenty of experience this season so I’ve got him in the rated novice chase and Kalkas, who improved a bit last time, in the next.

No point opposing GDC in the big race but Blue Sari could be overpriced w/o the favourite.

Jody Townend was on the right one in yesterday’s bumper but I reckoned without the Harrington horse. I’ll try Icare Desbois at 9-1 ew today.

At Cork, I think Cash Back might be decent value as the ground isn’t too soft for him, and I’m betting Au Fleuron again with the stable in better form.

    Brandy love for me

If the first time Hood calms her down a bit then I think she will take all the beating

I think she will either bolt up or go absolutely nuts so it’ll be entertaining either way

I still think Statuaire is better than her most recent runs have suggested and she’s a big price for a grade one winner, so she is an ew play for me.

So don't run, just like the others always do

She will take some beating in the mares hurdle next season

Or in the mares chase as she is a P2P winner

Brandy Love taking on Epatante for me would be good from an AP perspective at this point.

Well done FF and Mike. She certainly has an engine but her hurdling isn’t great. Even on a left handed track, crossing a hurdle diagonally is not ideal. I’d fancy Queens Brook for the mares hurdle next year, and Hors Piste for the mares chase. She is younger than the others and looks to have the scope for fences.

It was lovely to see Melon winging round at Cork enjoying himself. With the NRs he was too short to bet alone, but I put him in a double with Galopin des Champs which pays just over evens.

    1550 Santa Rossa 10-1
    1620 Hardline 40-1 ew
    1740 Young Dev 11-2
