I only put it up for a laugh, she’s very nice though.

Christ, unreal today
Her hat, unlike your posts on this thread, is at least intriguing. Do you have to waste time perpetuating this vulgar topic, sir?
July 8, 2010 at 15:51 #305479Yikes
She looked very nice today.
July 8, 2010 at 16:11 #305484Emma Spencer has no top lip !
July 8, 2010 at 16:36 #305489At the end of the prog, she was openly, but succinctly, critical of the renaming of tomorrow’s Bunbury Cup to the hideously generic ’32red H’cap’. Good for her.
July 8, 2010 at 16:42 #305490WAS a lucky boy….?
July 8, 2010 at 18:31 #305502Thought she looked stunning today. Am beginning to think more and more that she is the right sort of person to present summer racing. Whenever a non racing friend goes racing the first thing they ask me is what they should wear [probably the last person to discuss fashion with!], so someone who is young, stylish and appears in Hello/OK or whatever magazine is surely going to attract young female racegoers who may actually encourage their partners to ‘escort’ them. This is a complete u turn for me because I had no time for her until this year [although, if I was going to sit in a pub and talk racing I’d still prefer Alice or Lydia, who seem to approach racing in the same way, starting with a love of horses and deep rooted passion for the sport itself, and in no way would the conversation possibly turn to hair extensions etc..].
July 8, 2010 at 18:41 #305503I want to see if Emma can compete with Lydia, especially when down at that breezy 6f start

Why is it vulgar?
Each to their own, some like it, some don’t.
You dont have to read the thread.
July 9, 2010 at 09:33 #305586There is nothing vulgar about it it is just guys talking about women in racing dont forget women are worse than men when they talk about men, anyway i am not a paticular fan of emma spencer she might look good but thats about it rather chat to lydia about horses all day long.

I agree, I’ve got my channel on mute at the moment and will only turn it on when theres 1 left to load – it has to be done unfortunatly!

Lovely Turquoise dress today.
July 9, 2010 at 16:09 #305669Had her in a treble with Rachel Riley, but Susanna Reid let me down.

Yes, I agree. She knows her stuff and looks good. Also, doesn’t have sharp tongue or unpleasant manner that seems to afflict many other female presenters.
