    Another horrible stalls incident in the 3:15 at Southwell today. Equitania came out of the stalls with her leg caught in the reigns. She panicked and ran head first into the stalls! Horrible!

    Looking at the replay, it seems to me she must have either reared in the stalls and hit her head or banged her head on the stall doors before they opened because she was very disorientated as she stumbled. She sort of straightened up and half reared, then turned, bumped into the stalls and fell over.

    RIP. :(

    Why are stalls that high that horse can bang their heads against them?
    And why does Southwell racecourse still exist?
    Already the uncharacteristic high number of NH fatalities should have had the place closed down for ever.

    More sad news from Southwell after yesterday very hard to come to terms with.
    RIP Equitania :cry: Condolences to her connections, another horsebox going home empty.
    I hope and pray this dreadful chain of events stops now. :(

    Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...
