I saw the thread up till Renoripper’s last reply. However long ago it was, the fact that the trainer, is still training, the mention of horses being stopped… I’m not surprised it disappeared myself.

Your opinionated comments seem tinged with a note of cynicism, it would appear that you are incapable of accepting any view other than yours.
You are indeed a man of many talents, not only are you capable of making a hugely accurate judgement of an event that occurred 38 years ago, the account of which contained many proven false facts( similar to fake news), but you are also blessed with that special gift ‘mind reading’!
If I wanted the thread closed I could have requested it closed as I could prove that many statements were false. Also I could have pointed out that the statement by AP of DE’s comment on his choice of racing colours, effectively suggesting that the were too garish to give the horse a quiet ride because he’d stand out like a multi coloured fruit tree was potentially inflammatory #notoff! Straight from the horse’s mouth?
Anyway your logic is flawed, the post was dormant and had been for a couple of years. Why would I want to draw attention to my staggeringly incompetent ride If my intention was to have it shut down?To prove the point I am happy for TRF to privately send me a complete transcript of thread and I will happily reformat it into an html page and host it privately on my own website, giving anyone that wishes to read it a link.
Maybe you should consider changing your username from gingertipster to geniustipster as it is obvious to me that you are indeed a modern day legend.

Any links or site URLs posted here relating to any cached or re-produced content will be removed and any users so-doing will render themselves likely to have their TRF account suspended.
I only remove threads or content when our judgement is that it HAS to go – I think you’ll find it is a rare event and I always try to maintain TRFs standing as a place where people can discuss contentious topics – but there is a line, I’m sure you all understand that.

I totally agree with David’s (admin’s) previous comment. It was never my intention to cause TRM any issues. I will host the thread and make it available only to people that PM me and request the url.

If you feel the need to contact D, go ahead I have the original copy AP posted and he clearly wrote that was exactly what was planned.
I think it is a shame the thread was removed. Racing will always struggle to retain owners and clean up its act when skulduggery, bribery and corruption are rife among trainers and agents. It seems whenever anyone tries to shine a light into the darkness they get shut down.
