    I prefer June. Epsom Derby Festival, Irish Derby festival. And Royal Ascot which imo is the best flat meeting.

    Yes Workforce the only horse to have run in and not won the Dante and then won The Derby.

    Thanks Chesnut. That Derby was memorable for a second reason…..I backed Bullet Train, watched in a loud pub, and happily cheered home the Abdullah second colours romping home – took a while for me to realise Workforce was in the green cap for some reason!
