I’m going to use my Dangerous Dave alter ego here and have a good old go at highlighting Lays and Plays throughout the year.
Won’t get going until ‘proper’ racing gets underway again but I VERY CONFIDENTLY expect you to be in front over the year if you follow them.
January 12, 2010 at 13:23 #269458Good luck Dangerous, lets see you throw a couple of Ante-Post belters in now and again, but dont get any ideas of snaffling my Crown! You might be the leader, but there"s only one King! There are several on here that get within touching distance, but as soon as they get close, one of my "Haymakers" comes in at double figures and i"m safe again from the revolters!Good luck, its a shame we cant somehow get our laying/backing in running bets on,there is money to be made on both markets!
January 23, 2010 at 08:57 #271554Right here we go.
Target – >50 points profit for the year with a profit against turnover of >20% at SP.

Staking is easy – 1 point level stakes win only.
I know TAPK has been on the edge of his sofa waiting for me to get underway with this, particularly since I left him scratching his head after tipping Take The Breeze for the Arkle, so today we have the first of ‘Dangerous Dave’s 2010 Scorchers’.
ASCOT 3.10 QOZAK

March 31, 2010 at 11:51 #286695TAPK will have given up on Dangerous Dave but now that the flat turf season is underway it signals a dramatic upsaurge in frequency. I’ve got a few a/w selections too which are from some systems I’ve recently developed which seem fairly successful.

Thats as far as i need to read! Words like Shocked, Dissapointed, Failure, Desperate, Hopeless spring to mind!
TAPK will stick to quality racing and know that discipline alone will keep his crown from Desperate Dave!

Good luck with this Corm, but is not +20% ROT a bit ambitious
April 8, 2010 at 21:33 #288713Indeed Pete, but early days yet. I’d expect any group of 13 to show this type of loss 25% of the time so not really concerned at this stage. Remember we were only 3/4 a length from being well ahead.
Nothing tomorrow – Friday (world breathes sigh of relief).
