I know I haven’t taken Covid as seriously as I maybe should have – but it’s hard to do when you’re not seeing it. Been reported today that we’ve got the lowest rates of Covid in the whole of the country.
I don’t like lockdowns and the damage they are doing.
You are of course entitled to your point of view Tank. You are also entitled to change your mind or change your direction.
Lockdowns are signs of failure.
The possibility of a super resistant variant going rogue has been considered. There are increasing vacancies for hermits and I am now well practiced in the art and I love sardines.

Obviously the more contact someone has with other people the greater chance of being infected with covid.
Cities obviously have greater populations than villages and larger and/or more cramped cities an even greater risk… And it can’t be measured in percentages either. ie Cities or countries with 20 times greater populations are likely to have a far greater than 20 times rate of Covid… Because the R rate will be significantly greater.Comparing a country with a very small population density with a country with a very high population density is like comparing a city with a village.

no planes / boats from day 1.. we had a head-start in knowing about covid from China and Italy. Get citizens back and isolated early or tell them not to come back and shut the country down proper from day 1
