Just had it. Waiting eternally for test result but aching a little 10 days ago and slightly sleepy. Nhs originally said no test because not right symptoms. Over the slight aches and then lost taste smell on tues
Obv that’s it but luckily those senses are already coming back. Most have to wait a few weeks
I’m through it now and god knows where I got it but finding lots of people I know reckoned they had it early days now but never tested. The Nhs symptoms identification has been poor
No longer have to isolate too
It was less severe than a minor cold. I’m 60 but pretty fit on lots of cycling and hardly drink. One guy I know, who drinks socially a little too much (IMO) is still feeling it all three weeks after he had it. Been complaining about going home early from dinner parties and the pub to which the obvious question is….October 10, 2020 at 18:44 #1505658moehatParticipant

Good to hear you’re on the mend, clivexx. Think cycling is the best exercise when it comes to keeping the immune system young. Unfortunately my bike riding is as good as my horse riding; no sense of balance whatsoever so I’m a gonner if I catch it. Extreme tiredness and headaches seem to be the main symptoms but don’t seem to be recognised in the NHS Symptoms guide; or they weren’t last time I looked. My daughter had a positive antibody test a while back. She reckons she must have had it early in the year. I avoid pubs like the plague but seriously miss going to the gym and the cinema. It’ll be a long time before I consider going to either of them.October 11, 2020 at 01:25 #1505686Richard88Participant

I wonder if that list of Doctors that was posted is anything to with the so-called ‘Great Barrington Declaration’ that, as well as some of the names mentioned, was also signed by the likes of Dr Johnny Bananas, Prof Cominic Dummings and indeed Dr Harold Shipman…
I honestly don’t get the fuss about masks, just put one on and get on with your life. I spent most of this week basking in 25-30 degree Mediterranean heat instead of drowning in the pissing rain here. At no point was my enjoyment spoiled by occasional mask use. As far as I know it was my own decision to go but if it was the ‘New World Order’ forcing me to do it then I’m sure they are reading and they are welcome to send me again soon.October 11, 2020 at 08:20 #1505696homersimpsonParticipant

Yes somebody I know had a positive antibody test and can only think she had it before Christmas when she had the symptoms. Just as she started with it, she went to her Work’s xmas partyOctober 11, 2020 at 17:14 #1505757clivexxParticipant

Sounds good to me (or some of it does). When do we start?October 15, 2020 at 22:52 #1506192
It looks like 2030, mate, I shall probably be socially distancing six feet under by then.
In the meantime, no smart meter for me until they become mandatory.October 16, 2020 at 00:33 #1506205
More from our great leader on this Covid bollocks that is ruining so many livesOctober 16, 2020 at 01:02 #1506206
I don’t mean by the above that I think it’s a hoax. But a lot of us have lived through much worse than this bug that mainly only takes out a small percentage of old and generally already sick people.
Why have the government gone to such drastic measures that they have for something that is doing no harm to most? Something isn’t right, not right at all. Even if it spreads like wildfire, does that matter when you weigh it up against all the lives lost because of people not being able to have operations that are needed for cancer etc? Everything seems to be put on the back burner because of Covid. Why?

I, like many, used to think that David Icke was a nutcase. But watching this youtube from four years ago, I can now see what a genius he is. I’ve seen some of his latest and very interesting output on social media but it’s soon taken down, sadly but predictably. How many of the few people who will read this will watch till the end? Not many I’d say, but still worth posting even if it makes just one more person think outside the box.
