I think we are just splitting hairs here.
No matter how its written CD, C&D, C D, [C] [D], C/D, C-D, the horse is still a Course and Distance winner having won at the course and won at the distance.
I still think the rule is and open to interpretation.
Now if it had been written:-
The horse must have won at the course and also over the distance at the course.
With rule three also being unclear the best thing is to throw the whole thing in the dustbin
, or ifBillion
is really keen to suss it out then keep records of it all ways and see if one turns out better.

All, I was pointing out that at the "Sporting Life" web site that a "C&D" winner is shown as "CD" and not "C" "D": there seemed to be some confusion.
I have no interest in this system whatsoever.
