I think it varies from shop to shop..

I have two shops within a mile of me one pays double and one pays treble.

Betfred pay 3x on a single lucky 15 winner too.

Although they do specify a 20p minimum unit stake.

Yeah, most of the others do specify their own bonuses on thes sort of bets be it double or treble stake or odds.
