Still completely out of form. Zero out of 25 in the last 14 days.
Is that why Power went back to Ireland?
    Probably not.
I hope things pick up soon but normally when a stable is so out of form someone says something and they end up shutting shop.

Finally today he as come out and said he’s had a bug in the yard. I wonder how many in the press knew and said nothing therefore depriving the poor punter of useful information.
It is not good for the sport imo.
Trainers and the press need to be more upfront.

Also not a good look that the yard is sponsored by a bookmaker.

Not suggesting anything improper has happened but I would find it difficult to argue against someone who suggested that the bookmaker was very happy to take bets on Tizzard horses knowing all was not well with the stable.

This c**p with top yards being sponsored by the likes of Betfair, Unibet, Betway and so on, has to stop.
Plus the fact of deniying a virus, makes you look like an idiot if you keep having runners all the time.
It’s not the first time such things happen and you feel cheated if you’re a punter or even an owner.

On the plus side ruby if you watch the yard and start backing them when the horses start to show a bit of form…good example is the Derek Shaw yard , few weeks back they couldn’t have won a walkover …last couple of weeks they’ve won plenty …plenty at nice prices

HDLG, you’re right about a smaller stable. When they hit form, you can back almost every horse. With a bigger yard however, you have to guess whether the entire stable is in good form or just a few of their runners.

A nice article in the RP. I like his attitude of gracefully stepping back and giving Joe the limelight. I hope he enjoys his retirement and gets to all the places he and his wife plan to go, and good luck Joe for his training career :good:
