    I know that Art Power hasn’t been seen out this year, but I thought that 16-1 still looked a fair price to me, and I have taken that.

    I’m considering an ew bet on Dr Zempf as well at 33-1

    Is it me being my usual over-simplistic self or is this a 7f wannabe Group 1 (amazing prize money for a Group 2) full of 6f horses?

    This looks a good opportunity for Rohaan. He’s won over 7f before and he was staying on nicely in the recent French group 1 over 6 and a half. With the current form he is in this is the best time to step him back up.
    7/1 is fair game.

    All the field have ORs of 110-115 – how can that be a poor Group race?

    In my book, on OR –

    120 = Group 1 standard horse

    125 = Good Group 1 horse

    130 = Very Good Group 1 horse

    135+ = Great Group 1 horse

    This is a Group 2.

    Prize money is huge for a group 2 as well

    York clearly want this to eventually be the 7f British group 1

    Rohaan
    Won the only time he went over this trip on the all weather.
    “held up towards rear, smooth headway on inner over 1f out, led on bit approaching final furlong, pushed out, readily”
    It rather heralded his arrival as a horse.
    No suprise if he really appreciates this step up in trip again. Adam Kirby a negative though, as he often preps the Evans horses for future jobs.
    ROHAAN
    Each way

    I think Sacred was better as a two and three year old .
    she hasn’t shown her zest to travel at speed this year
