On a personal level, my best Cheltenham since 1982 only this is day one instead of day three.

In 1982 had a EW patent on The Drunkard Duck, Scots Lane and Silver Buck (all won)

Well what a first day for Triptych 99pts WOW!! and a winning nap too!!

Good stuff from Redrum77 and Sergeantcecil as well to got on the first day podium.

And when you consider Dessie , Sergeantcecil and JackH only picked seven horses they all did pretty well

Like Rummy I feel on Day one I’ve peaked too soon but quite honestly I never dreamed of finding 5 winners today (and not a Godolphin horse in sight 😅🤣) ..so it’s already a Bonus.

Well done to Red Rum 77 for just pipping Sergeantcecil for 2nd place
Finally, a special mention to Sergeantcecil for not only climbing up onto that podium to take 3rd place, but to do it with one less pick than the other two!!
