February 10, 2012 at 11:55 #390595I’m glad you admire my balls!
In truth, my theory is that the first three will win which means I can then play around a little bit with the Gold Cup. I figure that only the top 2 in the market can win, so I may have a bet on Kauto on the day, or even a reverse forecast.
Ground depending, I might have a look for something Irish too – if its hock deep QDLR may be done each way.
February 10, 2012 at 12:10 #390598Well i seem to have the same vision on the gold cup as you so I believe if you get to the last leg intact you will win. The race is weak and the improvers aren’t improving.
Don’t waste your time on Kauto
Love him but he won’t win.February 11, 2012 at 15:58 #390819Grand Annual – De Boitron 25/1 6pts
February 15, 2012 at 02:22 #391408Al Ferof 11/2
Oscars Well 12/1
Big Zeb 6/1
Moscow Mannon 10/1
Solix 12/1
Grumeti 8/1
De Boitron 16/10.5pt EW 7-fold at odds of 12,941,427.5/1

Don’t know whether I should cry or celebrate if that comes in. Would be near enough £65 million should they all win – would only get paid 1!
But seriously speaking, I’m not hoping for anything else but for all 7 to place. 5000/1 they all do. Just a bit of fun. Rather do this than the placepot each day, trying to find a horse to be placed in the Cross-Country, NH Chase, Pertemps or Foxhunters’.
February 17, 2012 at 17:29 #391970Moscow Mannon
Quevega2pts double at 18/1
Invictus – RSA
2pts at 66.5/1 after commission on Betfair
February 18, 2012 at 20:17 #392317Moscow Mannon & Grumeti 120/1
2.5pt doubleMoscow Mannon, Grumeti & Boston Bob 725/1
1pt trebleI laid off my 4pts on Captain Chris at 18s for a loss of nearly 2pts. Put what was left, 2.25pts on him with Stan James at 40s. Works out 18pts better off for me.
And I’m sorry for the hideous after-timing but I did this bet 5 minutes before the Reynoldstown and I was getting ready to go out.
Invictus RSA 50/1 & Captain Chris Gold Cup 40/1
0.5pt EW doubleFebruary 18, 2012 at 22:04 #392341Nice bets, but if it was anyone else, there would be a torrent of abuse and ridicule of the timing of them.
February 18, 2012 at 22:37 #392349Well it’s one bet from about 35 and I’ve got no problem posting a screenshot.
February 19, 2012 at 23:49 #392543Sous Le Cieux, Neptune Novices’ Hurdle, 16/1 5pts
February 20, 2012 at 01:20 #392552Galaxy Rock, Festival Handicap Chase, 21/1 Betfair, 1pt
February 20, 2012 at 02:25 #392556Kim Muir more likely for sure, but interesting they ran him in the Skybet. 4th on a track that doesn’t play to his strengths. Worth the gamble. Nothing else appeals in that race at the moment.
February 20, 2012 at 15:31 #3926220.5 pt ew TENOR NIVERNAIS 20/1 Martin PIpe WH
February 20, 2012 at 23:30 #392707Spent the entire year slagging the Triumph off, desperately searching to get the winner but it’s just not happening for me. I cannot back Minsk, I just can’t. Insanity.
Moscow Mannon – Champion Bumper
Sadler’s Risk – Triumph Hurdle1.5pt double at 76/1
February 21, 2012 at 13:08 #392773You seem to be pinning your hopes that this MOSCOW MANNON will win looking at your bets Z! Always a tough race to crack the Bumper, not much form to go on, I’m going to have a go at the Twiston horse – good luck!
February 21, 2012 at 14:10 #392788Not really, got £30 at 16s, £20 on at 10s with Quevega at 8/11 & then a couple of Triumph Hurdle doubles, nothing major. The ratings he’s posted are through the roof & I think he’s fantastic value at 10s still, but not the end of the world if he gets beaten.
February 21, 2012 at 20:25 #392885Putting a horse in a series of doubles suggests pinning hopes in my book! I’ve had some of the 10/1 on MM, was impressive LTO, don’t know much about jockey/trainer however….can one of our Irish friends fill me in a bit?
