Already looking forward to 2026
The New Lion 25/1 Champion hurdle Power
If check Meydan Thursday thread on page 226 on March 3rd I posted about this sure BigG or
Trip post a link. I think drop back 2m be ideal for him race he be going to.Final Demand 10/1 Brown Advisory ladbrokes
Looks a staying chaser and will improve a lot when seeing a fence also I think softer ground be ideal to.
Ballyburn 10/1 Stayers hurdle
A feeling drop to hurdles next year doubt run in Champion hurdle with horses Already got.
And he is a stayer don’t think the current staying hurdlers not strong bunch.MAJBOROUGH 10/1 Ryanair
Not jump well in Arkle however for the mistakes he made he not lose by far. Can easily iron mistakes out he not a 2m horse and going up to 2m5 in young career before a year later going for Gold Cup.
March 13, 2025 at 12:33 #1723381If you could guarantee his wellbeing, the 5/1 against Sir Gino for the Champion Chase would be a steal.
March 13, 2025 at 12:38 #17233832026? I’m on Final Demand for the 2027 Gold Cup.
March 13, 2025 at 13:03 #1723395I’ve risked it Corky
Chip away all year
Hendon will get the cotton wool out
The horse will be under 24 hour surveillance
The problem will be if the horse remembers if he is just that 🐴Charles Darwin to conquer the World
March 13, 2025 at 13:13 #1723400I will probably join you, Nathan. There is just about enough juice in the price to make it worth the risk.
March 13, 2025 at 13:17 #1723404G, double him up with Ballyburn for the 2027 Thyestes.
March 14, 2025 at 08:29 #1723699I don’t have a Sky Bet account, so couldn’t take the 5/1 against Sir Gino. Instead I took the 4/1 with Hills but boosted to 4.3/1.
It is obviously a risk but I am content to take it.
March 14, 2025 at 10:14 #1723731“G, double him up with Ballyburn for the 2027 Thyestes.”
Will do, VTC. Thanks for the heads-up!
I’ve taken some of that 5-1 about Sir Gino for the 2026 Champion Chase, too. If he turns up, he wins.
March 19, 2025 at 17:59 #1724394I can see Kopek Des Bordes going Arkle route, he looks like a chaser.
and Mullins will have Lossiemouth for the Champion..
Charles Darwin to conquer the World
March 20, 2025 at 04:53 #17244197s on Marine Nationale champion chase looks a lot safer , as impressive as Sir Gino has looked that Ballyburn form doesnt look great at all , I wouldn’t touch Ballyburn with a barge pole
March 20, 2025 at 10:39 #1724435I agree about Ballyburn but I don’t think it is fair to use him to question Sir Gino. He laughed at him without coming off the bridle.
April 29, 2025 at 16:02 #1728644Put at few bob on Salvator Mundi at 33s before his run in the next at Punchestown. Complete flop this year but might have wised up by next year and he’s only 5.
April 29, 2025 at 16:41 #1728655I think the bookies are over reacting to Kopek there. Mullins said he couldn’t see a rib on him, suggesting he wasn’t in prime condition. They went too quick too soon. I think he’ll go Arkle and look at his Supreme run, more his true ability. Young enough to tidy his jumping. 9’s bet365 and 8’s elsewhere will be played
