Lion, just go to Oddschecker, and click under Racing Specials……it should take you to this page hopefully
October 18, 2016 at 13:50 #1267708ANTE POST EW LUCY 15
RSA- BELLSHILL 14/1
RYANAIR- BLACK HERCULES 8/1
4 MILER- UP FOR REVIEW 33/1
HENNESSEY- OF BOY 25/1October 18, 2016 at 14:08 #1267712I really like this one ATP.
Already bet O’Faolains for The Hennessy myself, while Up For Review & Black Hercules have those races as realistic and sensible targets, though do like Hercules for The Gold Cup as well.
That leaves Bellshill. Different horse for a step up in trip at the tail end of last season, and though I’ve a few pennies on for The World Hurdle, he’s by no means certain to head there, and The RSA would be the logical alternative.
Very best of luck with it
October 18, 2016 at 15:51 #1267723With WPM confirming that Bellshill is going Novice Chasing, that looks even better now ATP
October 19, 2016 at 19:14 #1267829La bague au roi
Mares novice hurdle 20/1.
Fine big mare who hadn’t filled into her frame last season.
At the prices I can forgive her last run when dissapointing at aintree behind kayf grace and augusta kate In the SOFT ground when too keen after a lay off
Had previously bolted up on decent ground with plenty of winners behind (jespers dream, screaming rose, colins sister who ran the nipper to half a length. Just a few to name.)I’m all over augusta kate for this race at 10s and I’m certain she should be fav. She has the form in the book on a variety of ground and gave weight away at punchestown. But at 20s I’d also want la bague au roi in my book.
Muthaza unfortunately passed away
Red hot filly peppers surely won’t run in this race, Owned by graham wylie, like three swallows nick. Both impressive winners of point to points, likely to end up over a fence in time after a season in bumpers to fill out her huge frame.
Glens harmony I’d have thought would stay in bumpers.
Let’s dance I can’t have, she’s a stayer Imo and I can see atleast 1 too good for her.
Asthuria may be a danger and showed potential on her run behind Jers girl but I know little about herAirlea beach. Looks decent but she has been beating trees so far.
Karalee IS NOT a novice despite people backing and requesting her to be added for this market
The nipper has huge potential but can’t be trusted.
And the rest have all been beaten by augusta kate recieving weight In bumpers so will be interesting to see how that form stands up over hurdles.October 19, 2016 at 22:05 #1267837I’m with Lemons68 on TRAFFIC FLUIDE, I was pig sick when he got injured last year
after his the eye catching run in the Clarence house. I had bet him in the race and
had a decent ante post running onto the festival, but the same problem which kept him
off the course until the Clarence House reared it’s head before his anticipated
appearance in the Game Spirit in February, and that was that. He is fragile, and
he’s not entered in anything at the moment but I think the plan might be to appear
in the Haldon Gold Cup at Exeter next month if he is well. I took the 33s for the
QM a while back, and he is still at those odds. Douvan is a monster, and if he does
show up he’s going to be hard to beat, but at evens, 5 months before the race, I think
I’ll pass on that.I also think that the 10/1 with SkyBet that’s on offer for APPLES JADE in the
Champion Hurdle is incredible value. I think the race he ran in the Betfred Anniversary
Juvenile Hurdle at Aintree was the most impressive run I can recall. He left the field
in his wake, with Ivanovich Gorbatov over 40L behind. His easy win after that at the
Punchestown Festival showed it was no fluke. I think he should be about joint favourite
with Annie Power. The added bonus is that it looks odds on that the CH is his aim,
according to Gordon Elliot, you can never say that with Willie Mullins’ horses.October 19, 2016 at 22:47 #1267843I also think that the 10/1 with SkyBet that’s on offer for APPLES JADE in the

If I hadn’t already backed her I might be wondering why Sky Bet have bumped her out for no apparent reason. She has been no better than 8/1 for quite a while.

Slip of the pen Stilvi, if you read my comments on her in the Champion Hurdle thread earlier this afternoon
you will see that I am well aware she is a she. Good luck with her whatever the odds were that you got.October 20, 2016 at 15:14 #1267891Will be backing Yorkhill over hurdles. Looking more and more likely to stay over hurdles and think 16/1 is a big price. Was watching some of the 2016 previews back earlier and I forgot just how bullish most were on Yorkhill, and that was against the supposedly bomb-proof Yanworth. Seriously like this horse.
October 22, 2016 at 15:44 #1268223Sceau Royal very impressive today. As Alan King said, and many others have noted, his horses just weren’t firing at the time of the big festivals last year, so Yanworth‘s effort in defeat, although a huge disappointment at the time, is made to look all the more meritorious.
Today’s winner is available at 28-1 for the Champion Hurdle. Daryl Jacob was very sweet on him pre-Cheltenham, rating him his best prospect for the week, and he could be one to follow this year.
October 22, 2016 at 17:23 #1268232The new one any race 14/1
Alot of people would laugh at that bet but I genuinely fancy him over fences in novice company. Showed he retains his ability last season just not good enough against the very best in the champion hurdle division. His 4th in the champion hurdle reads well In regards to the opposition he will come up against pre cheltenham. Jlt would suit him down to the ground Imo and hopefully would be the likely target. Wouldn’t be impossible he ends up in the world hurdle where 14s would be about right anyway Imo.Shantou village 20/1 any race
Fair price, take away his run in the Albert bartlett and his form is solid. Aparrently had a nasty cut in the bartlett which affected his performance and the relative placings between him and champers on ice lead me to believe something wasn’t right. I expect him to be an rsa contender could end up anywhere with a live chance relative to the 20/1. Only negative is the trainers insistence of the horse wanting good ground which could see him miss a soft ground festival.Barters hill any race 14/1
Re watched All his races and Decided 14s is very fair. I thought his albert bartlett run was very good to say he was up there on the pace the whole way. He has a very likeable attitude and The form of his bumpers in front of Bellshill buveur dair and altior and the size and scope of the horse himself leads me to believe the best is yet to come over fences.October 24, 2016 at 18:17 #1268490Will be backing Yorkhill over hurdles. Why is he more likely to stay over hurdles ? Mullins has two champion hurdlers in his yard already and Yorkhill is bred to jump fences. Paddy thinks he’s the second coming.
If he were mine, he’d be going JLT then a crack at the Gold Cup.
October 24, 2016 at 19:43 #1268497Mullins ‘stable tour’ from ATR on Yorkhill
A 154-rated hurdler, he won four of his five starts in novice hurdles last season including the Neptune Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
“He has won a point-to-point and jumps fences well, but we haven’t made a final decision whether he stays hurdling or goes chasing yet. I think he could make a fantastic hurdle horse. He isn’t too far away from a run.”Sounds like Willie prefers hurdles

The interview with PM the other day sounded like hurdling was more likely, which is what I based my comments on.
October 25, 2016 at 09:17 #1268514Any news on Footpad…?
Blackbeard to conquer the World
October 25, 2016 at 09:44 #1268516Any news on Footpad…?
I was thinking exactly this yesterday. I really like Footpad, a lot. He showed a decent turn of foot in the Triumph to go from last to 3rd from 2 out.
October 25, 2016 at 11:01 #1268524Ar Mad is also on my radar – seriously like this horse. So impressive last season – battled hard to beat Vaniteux, posted a time faster than the Tingle Creek and beat JLT second Bristol De Mai by 10 lengths whilst jumping like an absolute beast. Moore said he had two in his yard better than SDG and Ar Mad has to be one of them. His left-handed run at Plumpton (which was basically a schooling session) went well and he clearly goes left handed, he runs on any ground and I think this season he will go on to do some great things.
