Well that was a result!!
I remember having a conversation with Jac sometime ago about Jamie Spencer and the straight course at Ascot but couldn’t back this after only beating one horse in two races this season.
Anyway I digress LANDAFAR hits the front with £37.17

I remember that conversations Raymo..I said I wasn’t a great fan of Jamie Spencer and his ‘hold up’ style but you defended him saying something along the lines that he was an exceptional judge in Handicap company and the straight track at Ascot suited his sttyle of riding…
I honesty thought you might have played that 200/1 shot Raymo.. We could have all gone home.

Landafar still leads (just!) with £42.64 but hot on his heels are Chestnut and MickeyJP who are both on £41.05

Well we have a new leader TONGE (Catherine) has just had 2nd and 4thin the 3.25 and also got both hers placed in her each way double so shoots to the top with £76.47
Second is LANDAFAR with £51.14
and third is Mickey JP with £50.55

But still plenty to play for and Landafar’s e/w double is still running

No cakes were up for grabs on this one so I can’t gloat about that

Congratulations to Mickeyjp for coming in first – it looks like it was a day for “last minutes” for you today (last minute entry, last minute great return on the last race to get to the top, etc)

Well done to Steve75 and Tonge for putting up a valiant fight and for coming in second and third respectively. You both deserve a special mention for also getting good returns on your Daily Doubles too!
