Is anyone out there able to tell me when the inaugural running of Kelso’s Scottish Borders National was? Seven Towers’ 1997 victory is as far as I can see from the RP site but I thought as their premier race it would have been going a lot longer than that. Was it under another guise previously??
As ever any help gratefully received.
I can remember Scout ridden by Tommy Stack running in a long distance race there which was before Seven Towers but the name of the race I can’t remember. If no one can help you may be best emailing them as a lot of the older results can’t be found on the RP website
