I am very pleased you decided
against ending your TRF involevment.
There is no need for that, and the
place would be a lot less bright
and colourful without you. I mean
that. I have known you over many
years and you are one of the stand out

I have never PM’d Mr Pilsen concerning this
matter, or been in contact with you. I did

I do agree with you – mainstream TV is garbage in the main. I do watch some things just to keep abreast(long time ago I did watch a bit voters), but ten minutes of X factor was enough

Ok Ricky, the game’s up – it’s a fair cop. I also set up the Twitter account a couple of years ago and fooled people like Eddie The Shoe and Glenn into following me. This was all a prelude to my posting as a fake ID on here.I’ve been very thorough!

Well this above is the escalation and Ricky scurrilously changes Mr P’s gender here, for what I would describe as a genuine and daring post on Mr P’s part. I feel this was way over the top, and a misjudgment from you Ricky, in my opinion. I did not find it amusing, on the contrary – rather embarrassing.(Similar take on emotion to Aronizneez’s later splash to you Ricky). I think this is where the harm was done. There is a sort of unwritten rule that you do not belittle or mock a genuine splash post. Of course if the post had rested alone it would have been less harmful, but it bred a whole family of Miss Pisen’s and Pilsendudes

Well that’s the guts of it. Others may view things differently to my perceptions, and any feedback is welcome. I have noticed there has been this pretty awful atmosphere in the lounge since this kicked off. I just wanted to go over thing in detail and put my finger on what has been causing it. Clear the air. Ricky has admitted making mistakes and has been rather in a good mood this evening, and has given me the go ahead to write this, and that impressed me.
I do have some criticism for Mr Pilsen. I feel his toe breaking piece later was a bit rich. I suppose it was his anger coming out. I also felt his strategy of refusing to reply to Ricky also made matters worse – best if he had left a small window open. It has to be said that Mr Pilsen did say some pacifying words later on – I was going to post them up, but too damned tired.
I never really understood why Ricky, you took exception to Mr P. Two writers who write with their heart on their sleeve and splash their words. Anyway that is it – done dusted. It is difficult to see the two of them coming together but hopefully a quiet respect,or at least understanding.
One has to remember the whole thing was great splash just it got too dark and somehow fed on itself.

That is the end of it in my opinion. Unless of course Ricky wants to say a few words or Mr Pilsen wishes to break his sabbatical. It was very good to see Ian Davies writing again, and who knows hopefully he will be airing his views again in here or racing. There is never any pressure on anyone to write in here.

The lounge has been particularly
devoid of rows for a long time.
The last big face off was in
2005 between the two splash posters
Sky and Razeen. It was real hatred
from Razeen towards the then eatate
agent in Spain. They faced off together
and Daylight intervened and there
was no coming togethter rather an
exit vote that tied possibly 14v14.
or 12v12 – my memory fades.Sky very kindly treated me and my
lady friend to a weeks in a hotel
in Santa Paula on the Costas. I
broke back into my plane on arrival
by forcing a security door at the
airport and managed to get on and it was
being cleaned, I was escorted off it
by three armed police. I felt I had left
something on the seat.
I was out there to attend a wedding.
Sky like I was a very big fan of Razeen
and we supped a few krones together
reminiscing the many incidents. It all
seems like an age ago now, but Sky was
one of the few people I met here on TRF.I will roll the credits now and thank all
