It’s been sometime since I posted, although I have been loitering and enjoying some of the golf tips. I thought I would stick my head above the parapet again, for a while at least, and post some of my football bets.

I became a fan of some big bets with a view to tasty cash outs last season, and this maybe something I follow through on again.

I probably won’t go too mad until 6 – 8 weeks in, but we will see.

Anyway, to kick things off, here are my outright bets for the season.

Premier League – Liverpool 5 Pts @ 3.2
Championship – Watford 2 Pts @ 6.0
League 1 – Forest Green 2pts E/W @ 51.0 (they are local to me, I have a soft spot)
FA Cup – Spurs 2pts @ 8.5
League Cup – Arsenal 2 Pts @ 13.0
Champions League – Liverpool 2 pts @ 6.0

5 fold on the 5 English comps above 1.5pts E/W @ 108201.6

A few mor outright market bets

I like Nathans prediction on Reading being relegated, so I am having 5 points on that:-

Reading to be relegated – 5pts @ 2.7

Leicester have no European games to worry about, and are one of the teams least affected by the World Cup, especially up-front, so a top 6 place seems very achievable – 10pts @ 5.5

Liverpool to Lift Premier League and Champions League – 5 pts @ 17.0

I think that’s it for outrights for me now.

I enjoyed watching Watford Monday night, they will be up there. Look pretty solid all round. Keeping the front 3 past the Summer deadline and Winter deadline and they will certainly be favourites for the Championship.

Reading done quite well in the first game on the stats. Possession, shots on goal etc
still extremely early but hoping they can hit a bit of a losing streak to pin them in
