I never used to bet on football; in rugby, aussie rules, gaelic football, basketball, the better team almost always wins. But the scoring system in soccer makes it much less predictable; a goal can totally transform how a team is playing.
But since lockdown, I’ve become much more involved; 2 hrs of enjoyment as opposed to a race that’s over in a few minutes.
Always betting against Man Utd has yielded a nice profit
