Master Tommytucker had a great time of it last year, but it tells it’s own story that despite that success, he’s probably better known for his jumping errors. As a regular backer I can confirm it’s hard going watching him. It’s been suggested that hurdles would make more sense, and that looks the plan now. I think he’ll go here, so I’ll take the 6’s just now.

Despite not landing The Silver Trophy, I’m still very interested in Proschema this season. The 16’s would suggest he ain’t going, but it’s a very tempting price.

I couldn’t understand the opening 40’s for Run For Oscar. He’s in fine form, and although that price suggested he ain’t going, there’s a bit of support for him, and I’ll take encouragement from that. Big fan of the trainer, and expect to follow this horse a lot.

If this pair go, then I’ll be hoping Proschema doesn’t, as it’s not really a race to have three.

I backed Proschema. But will be cheering paisley park on here. I wonder if he will take up his taking to the bigger fences after this?

Doesn’t look the strongest renewal. Can’t have Paisley Park after his last race. Master Tommytucker seems interesting over hurdles again. If he can use his high cruising speed, then 3m over hurdles could be ideal.

Paisley Park owes me nothing and will be the one to beat, but I’m opting for Proschema at the prices. I expect it to be a big day for the Skeltons.

Like cyrname Paisley may win but you can’t back so short with the questions over both , from a win point of view master tommytucker could well be Nicholls stayers hurdle horse this year , e.w slate house is huge for a classy hurdler when in the mood , it never happened last season ( like many in the yard ) like NTD I’m making a point of following tizzard horses and I could see slate house running well here

Hope you did the forecast war …..don’t know what to make of that race , they let Tommytucker go , he pulled to hard but still disappointing , as for Paisley that was very disappointing

Good performance by the winner. Not sure about Paisley Park. Maybe deserves another chance on at the likes of Ascot with more emphasis on stamina.

That flat spot is getting longer and longer with Paisley , change of tactics maybe , he stays all day put him out the front pushing the pace , that slow pace on the first circuit today killed him today , when the pace increased he was toast
