Once again Saturday is a mega busy day and try as I may I have only managed to reduce my numbers to 8 selections of which they all have a sprinkling of magic dust which I hope may prove profitable after all the work undertaken to find them.
Ascot
R6 – SUPERSTORM @ SP . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . WONMorphetville
+R8 – HASTA LA WAR @ 13/10 . . . . . . . . . . 2ndFlemington
R5 – ALLIGATOR BLOOD @ 11/10 . . . . . . . . WON
R7 – NATURE STRIP @ SPEagle Farm
R1 – ROTHFIRE @ SP. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . WONBendigo
+R3 – SHARLIE @ 8/5 . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2ndToowoomba
R1 – RAPIDO GRIS @ 12/5
R4 – CHRISTMAS CREEK @ 13/5. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .WON+As I have already said each selection has a sprinkle of magic dust and therefor I have loaded the stake but SHARLIE checks out via both systems and so has the stake increased a little bit more.

+I have been waiting to see if I could get the last Duck in a Row and now know HASTA LA WAR is the HYPE HORSE and so has a stake increase.

February 14, 2020 at 19:48 #1482910I am suffering a severe case of dizziness by doing too many cartwheels whilst covered in magic dust and yet again I find a super selection with all the ducks lined up in a row ticking box after box after box. How can I not fill my boots?
Lingfield – 3.45 EL GHAZWANI @ 5/4 . . . . WON [20p R4]
At the very same meeting 2.00 DUBLIN PHARAOH @ 11/8 looks almost as interesting. . WON

February 15, 2020 at 14:26 #1482978Well done my little Possum, you’re on fire….. keep ’em coming….
I’ll join you again shortly, but I need to find a way to exercise my fingers to keep them supple…. I tried doing what Nathan say’s but it makes my arms ache…..

February 15, 2020 at 16:05 #1482999Very kind words MrE.
Who would have thought 13 winners from 15 selections in 10 days for an experimental system (2 were not backed) but nevertheless equals an 86% strike rate. The prices will never set the world alight but they can add up

February 15, 2020 at 16:33 #1483007No storm Dennis down there in Australia and so I will content myself with some Antipodean sunshine: –
Werribee
+R3 – CLIFFSINGER @ 5/4 . . . . . . . . . .. . 3rdAlbany
R2 – NURHACI @ 7/4 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2nd
R4 – MOOD GODDESS @ 21/20 . . . . . . . . 2nd+CLIFFSINGER would be my nap should I have to nominate one but they are all looking to be there or there about.
UK Domestic selections – stick or twist? I am concerned about Storm Dennis, I am told horses don’t like racing in the wind and so the 3 at Kempton: – CLOG MAKER – ENTANGLING – KINGS ADVICE will not be bet by myself but if they do race I hope they go on to win.

February 16, 2020 at 08:04 #1483055No so Nathan my lovely run has just ended with a magnificent crash. These things happen, 2 x 2nd & 3rd which still indicates they were worthy of support and now I am back in the red!

February 16, 2020 at 11:01 #1483061Monday in Oz provides me without any selections.

February 16, 2020 at 19:16 #1483089How sickening it is when selections dry up, not only in Australia but now I find, or should I say, don’t find, the same fate for my domestic system. No punting for me tomorrow, Monday.
Any suggestions for what I can or should be doing to fill the void.

February 17, 2020 at 09:25 #1483140Summertime in Australia can be just as difficult as our own but perhaps in different ways. Once again I am in the position of having NO SELECTIONS for TUESDAY but this is because of the self imposed filters.
All four meetings are declared as COUNTRY! but looking at the conditions which must be tiresome for the animals: –
WARWICK – Queensland – 32 degrees & Heavy.
COFFS HARBOUR – NSW – 29 degrees & Heavy
MUSWELLBROOK – NSW – 33 degrees & Heavy
BENALLA – Victoria – 28 degreesOnly WARWICK is expecting to escape the forecast THUNDERSTORMS.
Maybe our summertime is not so bad after all.

February 17, 2020 at 13:56 #1483148Coooeeee!!! my little Tinker Bell, I hope your looking after Peter Pan (Matron) and keeping him away from the evil Captain Hook (Nathan, of course)…..
The weather (and racing) has been rather dire of late and I can’t say that I’m in a hurry to get back to it…. what a load of old rubbish it is, both sides of the world….. gotta keep the old grey matter active during this spell of the doldrums and I’m hoping I have found a couple that might be worthy of your 50p pocket money, take a look at….3.25 Carl… Jobsonfire…. WON
4.45 Ling… Yukon Mission…. RUBBISHonly 50p mind, just something to play with on a pretty poor day…..

February 17, 2020 at 14:08 #1483149ONLY 50p!
That is a large percentage of my pocket money MrE.
On a more serious note such quiet times does create the opportunity to resolve ones discipline when we can prove we have the ability to wait for the right one(s) and not go chasing just any old bet.
Can I do it?
Yes I can!

February 18, 2020 at 09:21 #1483195My dictionary does not have the word UNBACKABLE and so I must find another definition: –
IMPOSSIBLE TO BACK!
My frustration is bubbling away, simmering but not quite boiling over whilst I have to wait yet another day to find a domestic selection worthy of Billions Buck.
I found a gilt edged horse running in the 6.30 at Southwell this evening, oh yes, a real Fill Your Boots type sprinkled with so much magic dust it could have been delivered in a lorry.
ZAPPER CLASS but the best early price on offer is 2/7 and so for me it is unbackable or impossible to bet at that kind of price.
Sad though it is I will wait another day.

Ascot
R3 – TYCOON STORM @ SP . . . . . . . . . NR
R6 – EXCELLENT DREAM @ 15/8 . . . . . . . . . 3rdDoomben
R3 – ZOOFARI @ 14/5 . . . . . . . . .NRKensington/Randwick
+R1 – CENTIMENTAL @ 6/4 . . . . . . . . . . . 2nd
+R5 MUGATOO @ 8/5 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .WONSandown Hillside
R8 – JUMBO OZAKI @ 9/5 . . . . . . .NRStrathalbyn – R2 ANNIKA @ SP . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . WON
+Both selections at Sydney’s Randwick/Kensington tick one more box than Tycoon Storm leaving the remainder with a basic stake and so it is possible they may have been sprinkled with a little magic dust

February 18, 2020 at 14:31 #1483219There are only 4 running in the race Nathan and best current price is 1/4, perhaps the bookies have there prices the wrong way round.
I hope you get the result.
