Billy….. may I wish you a jolly good evening my little princess, I noticed from your earlier posts, that you are now using the Post to help with your selections, about time too, I find them far better than ATR for UK racing although ATR are a cut above some of the others for the American stuff, but we are on about the UK at present, so RP it is.
But you need to consider a separate group of ratings from Proform, I love their ratings and they point me to a lot of winners. Now I realise that Proform are a paid for service, but there is a shortened version available for use FREE…. Betdaq use their ratings just as Betfair use Timeform, the snag is that you need to fund your Betdaq account with a tenner, you don’t have to use it for betting, the fact that you’ve got a tenner in your account gives you access to Proform for nowt…. now that should make you some money….

billion – you may be right about not disturbing the roos. They may have been handy if I needed a push when the going got tough. :-)

Well done Dolus – 3 from 4 is superb!

MrE, you have lost me regarding betdaq and Betfair, Proform etc. I have no clue of what you refer too?

I did have a punt at trying to adapt the Aussie Rules to a soggy NH card with less joy than I was expecting, it was rubbish.

But your punt inspired me to try again but this time NOT for the NH or with the ATR information I have been using for the winter AW and a try out with the RP info’

I applied my Australian selection for the Wolverhampton card, of which there was only a couple and the required filters being top rated RPR + RP Verdict + Forecast Favourite + live market favourite.

XIAN EXPRESS in the 5.00 was better of the two with RULERS KINGDOM, 7.30, stopped in its tracks by RPR.

Clear as mud I guess but then again I know what I am talking about – I think!

Yeah, very nice Dolus, keep it going…..
Billy my mate, it’s quite simple if you sit down with a cup of tea and a couple of Paracetamol…
On the Betfair racecards they have a write up at the bottom giving you Timeform’s top 3 selections for each race.
Betdaq, not to be outdone, use Proform to do the same thing…. both are just another set of ratings to help guide you through the minefield of selection….

I am guessing, MrE, you pay’s your money and take your choice (something like that).

I have never been a fan of the exchanges but always felt Betdaq to be the cleaner site and have never heard of ProForm.

However I am a firm believer of if it works for you as an individual then it is fine and have always hated the forum big shots who voice their opinions without consideration or knowledge of the poster.

There I go again getting my soap box out.

I am always willing to learn and will take a look at Proform’s opinion.

I have had a quick look at betdaq which was nothing like as I remembered it to be . . . . . and hated it!

I have a built in stressometer and immediately it sent the stress levels rocketing.

The stressometer always works for me being a technophobe, once the levels rise I simply leave it alone.

billion & MrE – Yes that was good start to the modified system.

Ever since I started it there was something that I wanted to keep my eye on, but all the time it was winning I left it alone. As it had stalled a bit, time to back check.

Like the USA the Aussies seem to have an awful lot of Maiden races. Over the last 7 days, (all that R&S goes back), the indications were that leaving out the Maidens might be worth a punt. There is going to be a lot less selections giving an idea just how many maiden races are run.

As ‘Clive Holt’ said, ‘You should only back horses to do what they have already done.’

    Just three for tomorrow.

    28/01/20
    Time Track Race No. Horse
    03:50	Tamw	2	8	LEXI'S CHOICE
    05:27	Rock	3	8	STEELZ TIME
    05:30	Bena	7	12	STARDAYZ

A non runner and the other two, (just to piss me off), came second so 2 points loss.

Time Track Race No. Horse Price Result
    03:50	Tamw	2	8	LEXI'S CHOICE	1.63 :-(
    05:27	Rock	3	8	STEELZ TIME	2.39 :-(

That does remind me of someone from another place!

I can never figure out how to use the quote facility on here!

No names- no pack drill as they say Purwell and it is the best way.

Sometimes life gets in the way of doing things you prefer as is the way with me today, all sorts of things, some good and others not so.

    Very quickly: –

Bf 00-00 pts, all this work for nought!

    PROPER ROGUE – R2 Geelong @ 6/5 (Fill your boots!) . . . . . .WON
    DEEP SORROW – R5 Gold Coast @ 19/10
    UPSET – R1 Launceston @ 8/5

    CF +00.03pts.

Purwell copy and paste the text from the other persons message into a new post.
Highlight the text with your mouse and press B-QUOTE from the menu.

It’s all a bit messy. On other forums each message has a quote button. Press that and it appears as quote in a new message you can then edit.

Indeed MrE both systems are duplicating today and I have no control over that but does it suggest they are twice as good?

As good as your selection today looks MrE I would definitely give it a big swerve . . . I wonder why?
