3rd Test selections on this thread

    Rules

Entries must be made before the first ball of each Test match.
No editing of post’s after first ball.

There will be a separate thread for each Test match.

    Scoring

You have 200 points in each match to spread out in anyway you chose to put into an England win, Australia win plus the draw. example as followed.

    England 99
    Australia 66
    Draw 35

If Australia win you will score 66

Selections made that are over 200 points will have the amount over taken off their highest prediction.

Selections made that are under 200 points will have the amount under put onto their lowest prediction.

You also score points with a power player. You chose one player per match that will score you points as followed.

    batting – for every 1 run = 1 point
    bowling – for every 1 wicket = 20 points
    fielding – 1 catch = 10 points, 1 stumping = 10 points. (run outs don’t score.)

You can pick as many reserve power players as you like. If none of your chosen players are involved in the match or you forget to chose a player then the first batsman of the team batting first will become the selection but will start with minus 20 points(so get a reserve in)

The winner will be the person who scores the most points added together from each Test match.

I think that covers all the rules and scoring, if anything comes up within the five matches my decision will be final…..

Possibly a few passing showers tomorrow on a stiffish, cool northerly; thereafter predominately dry and getting warmer

The recent persistent rain may well result in a livelier pitch at Edgbaston, which may rekindle Anderson but can only further boost the splendid Australian attack too

Apparently Starc has not been fully fit thus far but is now

Thanks Drone, I knew I could rely on you.
Apparently west midland police have let Edgbaston borrow the heat lamps used by drugs dealers to help grow the old wacky backy, I reckon the outfield will have grown to be a forest……
