    I want to get hold off a horses past performances in the US. The only way I know how to do this is to join the DRF site and pay for the privilege. Does anyone know any free resources where this info is available similar to our racing post or sporting life sites?

    Racing Post does have a decent crack at PPs for American horses.

    You can get workout information for free from DRF, but if you want anything more detailed than that you’re going to have to pay for it I’m afraid.
