With the pace figures, I can now compare any two races together, they are a combination of the standard times, lbs. per length, going allowances and distances etc.

In a nutshell the races that come out with a pace figure of

+10

, this is the minimum standard for a true run race.

What would you learn from watching videos where the pace of a race was say

, you could save yourself a lot of time and effort this way especially if you study form by viewing videos.

When I came to work out the pace figures from Dundalk last Friday, not one of the races made the minimum standard of
