He wasn’t sacrificed, he went slow so was in the best position.
March 7, 2021 at 15:51 #1527797If I was sitting on 22/1 like yourself Mike I would be a happy camper that’s for sure! I just feel he showed a fair amount of speed last time and didn’t look like a horse crying out for 3 miles, which is why at the current prices I will probably be looking elsewhere. If I saw any sort of positive bulletin on Ashdale Bob he’s the one I would chance at a price, and am tempted at 20/1 NRNB as it is, positive news or not.

March 19, 2021 at 13:52 #1531029He’s not as big a price as I had expected, but Torygraph at 6/1 is my shout here.
March 19, 2021 at 14:22 #1531040More ew fun in an open race- Beatthebullet at 200-1. Has plenty of P2P experience and form on good ground.
March 19, 2021 at 14:41 #1531055Well done Tommy, I see you put the winner up on your DLAP thread. He did that easily, another good looking horse and big enough for a fence too.

Thanks Greenasgrass, I didn’t put him here as hadn’t much time to give any reasoning, and plus thought I’d be keeping my losers to fewer eyes in DLAP! What’s seldom is wonderful and days like today sure are seldom. I was keen to take on the market leaders and with Ashdale Bob not going Vanillier got the vote. Looks a chaser in that he gives his hurdles plenty of air too.
