    From the BHA website
They further enquired into the reason why Mr Barry O’Neill, the rider of ADRENALIN FLIGHT (IRE), placed fourth, beaten ½ length for third place, had appeared to ease his horse prematurely for two strides half way up the run in. Having heard his evidence and viewed recordings of the race they noted his explanation that the gelding was hanging right and he stopped riding to correct him before starting to ride again. They were satisfied that it did not affect his placing.

I was there and how they accepted that I don’t know. He stopped riding looked at other riders realised what he had done and started riding again. I think it would have got placed.
    Poor jockeyship.
As for Patrick Mullins on Suntiep, well if it was not for his dad I don’t think he would get a ride. Shame he is on Black Hercules tomorrow in the bumper
