Really gets on my nerves that a decent forum like this has no moderators, fools allowed to ruin good threads

What do you think of Mr Watson for the Coral Cup? Numerous winners have come out of his races and 16s looks good, bet365 also going NRNB all races now
I remember Jonjo saying he didn’t feel ‘Mr Watson’ was good enough for Cheltenham GDC……….Fill your boots then mate,I think he’ll get in well if his stable companion tops the weights!
February 23, 2013 at 14:47 #430346Had another 2 bets, Such a Legend could go well in the Kempton bumper at 20s and have taken 66s about Wick Hill winning today and the National, see if he’s good enough today

I will be watching this ‘new recruit’ of JP’s closely today Gary,66’s is big but his jumping will tell us today if he’s a National sort! Good luck!
February 23, 2013 at 16:18 #430352I thought ‘Wyck Hill’ was going to fall at the first there at Kempton so I’d give him absolutely no chance in the National as his jumping was desperate.I backed ‘Rolling Aces’ in running at 5’s and was sitting comfortably for most of the race,a race incidentally that was from a viewers point of view Shocking! Who the hell was the director of photography at Kempton today as his control over the cameras was pathetic,I thought my horse was going to win comfortably going to the last but the filming and angles filmed ruined what should have been a great spectacle! Film like that at Cheltenham and there will be trouble!
February 23, 2013 at 16:41 #430354Menorah would have more chance of winning a Grand National than Wyck Hill. I was cringing at every fence, suprised AP managed to get him round to be honest.
What are your thoughts on this Forgotten Voice. Was my only bet today, i was proved correct in thinking the dead ground caught him out last time and 9/2 was generous!! I dont know what entries he holds at Cheltenham but i do remember you commenting on the horse during the summer!
Also, Ginge, boring’ell mate. Give it a rest will ya! All this quoting bollox aint half tedious.

February 23, 2013 at 17:10 #430357I do ok with my nick Gifford, Charlie Longsdon and Kim bailey bumper horses and that 33/1 winner has just made me smile
awesome ride from Ed CooksonFebruary 23, 2013 at 17:14 #430358OLAS,I reckon it was ‘MrUnohugh’ who brought
Forgotten voice
to my attention and fair play to him for mentioning him, trouble was he thought he’d beat
Darlan
in the Champion! Looked a class above these today but he’s an 8yo novice and that unfortunately is his achilles heel as he really has no scope for improvement, had he been a 5yo today the dogs would be barking, well done backing him though it was a taking performance but MTOY wont lose any sleep!
February 23, 2013 at 17:17 #430359I enjoy the craic with those who contribute to it as they like myself have whats called a sense of humour. Its been apparent for sometime you are trying to isolate yourself from those of us who enjoy a laugh,
If someone’s stated opinion of you (without any tinge of humour) is that you are a "liar, fake, cheat and charlatan" Gord; then it is very difficult to find anything he/she says in future as "humourous".

Such a Legend
!!

BanGingerNob…..I like that,he’s on his last warning OLAS!

I get called worse than that and even threats of violence at times and I love it Ginge you big Poof!

Now why aren’t I surprised?
February 23, 2013 at 18:21 #430367It was ‘Bruce Delroy Savage’ that was all-over Forgotten Voice. Very impressive today and would be better with a fast pace of a race, help him to settle early doors.
February 23, 2013 at 18:41 #430368GDC/Fran,
Unfortunately, you two were strangely quiet when your beloved Gord attacked me (without even a tinge of humour) as a "liar, fake, cheat and charlatan" starting on page 88 of this thread.https://theracingforum.co.uk/horse-r … start=1131
This forum has good moderators. David Cormack made this earlier comment:
Can you lads give it a rest.
TAPK – there is no evidence whatsoever that GT is any kind of fake, not a shred, so can you stop the witch-hunt or wind-up, whichever it is.
Before those four words myself and Gordy Boy were getting on fine. An attack that came just hours after I said I was going to try and become a professional gambler. Something Gordy Boy had tried and failed. But despite no evidence his jealousy makes it impossible for him to retract. I’ve even proven since on page 124 that I am none of those things.

If you were falsely accused of being a "liar, fake, cheat and charlatan", yet found blatant aftertiming by the person accusing you of those things… wouldn’t you bring it to the attention of forum members GDC/Fran? Just because this is a good read, does not mean the writer should be allowed to get away with aftertiming. Everyone should be subject to the same unwritten rules.
Had Gordy Boy not attacked me in the first place or had the decencey to apologise; I would not have known this thread was in such deficit, spotted blatant aftertiming or seen how previous threads have worked out.
I’d be quite happy to say no more Fran/GDC, if (and only if) we get no more aftertiming and Gord stops what David himself described as the "witch-hunt" against me!
I do hope Gord turns this thread around, has a good chance of doing so. Especially as we agree on so many Cheltenham races
. In fact it is a shame we’ve fallen out, as (although he wouldn’t admit it) there’s a lot we share in how we invest.
No i’d quite simply ignore the person,i’ve bigger worries in life than someone calling me names,i haven’t worried about name calling since i was in the playground
February 23, 2013 at 20:51 #430373Those "names" could be important if the tax man is looking in Fran.
February 23, 2013 at 21:05 #430375Probably two of the most saddest individuals I’ve ever had the unfortunate opportunity to come across on the internet.
I normally browse this thread as a guest at work but I’ve had to come home and get this off my chest.
I wouldn’t want to pass judgement from such a position but I hope it’s not myself that is worried about the health of both users. There’s just something unsettling about the demeanor, competition and implicit behaviours that raises my concerns.
A part of me would like to think offline you’re a completely different character to what you are online and I know you can get sucked into this trap that you don’t even know you’re in but maybe it would be worth both of you being temporary banned until say June or July? Things are always clearer after a break.

I just think it is great that the world has progressed so much that toilet cleaners can now browse the internet at work.

What was your excuse for leaving work Moley………."Er there’s these 2 guys on the internet that say naughty things and I just cant get enough of em" "One of em puts up horses at ridiculously big prices way before they run, then they only go and win! Unbelievable!" "And the Ginger one then goes and backs the horse himself when all the value has gone and preaches ‘Value is everything’"Ahh man you cant get enough of em" "So I’ll go the extra half mile tomorrow boss cleanin them toilets"
Bit like MTOY eh Moley?
February 23, 2013 at 22:31 #430383I was at Seven Barrows last year marking down MTOY in my program whilst you were on here arguing with Gingertipter.
Some of us are happy with picking up information for ourselves, could I have gone on like you are? probably, but then I take pride in my appearance and reputation.
This time last year if I asked you who MTOY was you’d probably be going to to BnQ to buy a barbecue for a trip to the lake district.

Each to their own I suppose.
