Yeah, it is a poor edition. Sam Spinner at 6/1 for me. He gets the distance and ground. If he is anywhere near last year’s level he should win.

Nicky Henderson on his blog says he thinks Call Me Lord will stay so with it being ‘a poor race’ he’ll do ew for me.

Well in Ham and particularly Jack who I know is a big fan of this horse.

What price have you got for the Stayers mate?

Pleased with west approach and top notch runs for NY money. Well done to those who picked the winner. Just don’t be too confident of a Cheltenham victory

What has gone wrong with Sam Spinner?
This time last year looked the most genuine horse in training.
Now surely has to be rated with a squiggle.
I’ve been one who’s criticised Joe Colliver in the past, but may be it was always the horse.

Great to see Emma Lavelle have a Grade 1.
Used to be my local National Hunt trainer, but the move has certainly done her good. :good:

Well done Jack, Ham and all winners.

Congratulations Jack and Ham and well done wexforman on West Approach, a thoroughly frustrating animal I’m tired of backing. I’m convinced he has a good steeplechase in him at 3 miles on an easy track when ridden in front.

Well done Jack and Ham. I backed PP lto but foolishly deserted him yesterday, mixed feelings to see him traveling as well as anything turning for home as I new he’d find more than the others off the bridle.

No reason he can’t win Stayers Hurdle at the festival.
