Interesting that Moore rides Minding over Coolmore.
I think whatever Coolmore does at 2yo will be treated as a learning curve and she can blossom next season.Well not really he had to ride Minding, you’re hardly going to jump off a moyglare winner, you’d look like a right mug if it then goes and wins.
Yes he could look a right prat considering he was on Ballydoyle when Minding won Moyglare.

Good news.
I’m sure some of the horses that get transferred regress just because of a change of scenery, like starting at a new school.
Different training methods also suit different horses and so forth etc, etcBlackbeard to conquer the World

Very much so NW.
Got 25/1 and 20/1 Lumiere, but have now also taken 5/1 Minding. On that form does not need to improve any further to win an average Guineas. Although there’s two possible negatives in whether she’ll have the pace for a mile come May and if she’s going to be as effective on a firm surface. If not, Lumiere can pick up the pieces.Value Is EverythingOctober 9, 2015 at 15:09 #1216580good luck ginge
October 9, 2015 at 15:16 #1216581Very good, a boost to Ballydoyle as well.

October 9, 2015 at 17:03 #1216589Very happy with MINDING today on at 25s Newmarket next year here we come though i hope she has a trail race in Ireland before before 1000 guineas
October 9, 2015 at 21:03 #1216686Well done Darren with your 25/1 Minding for the 1000 Guineas, that is looking really good, she was really impressive today putting most of the field to sleep including my horse Beautiful Morning who raced too keen and just wasn’t good enough. Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 9, 2015 at 21:14 #1216691Good luck, Darren. As her jockey said, she looks an exceptional filly
October 11, 2015 at 10:36 #1217013Thank you trip and Steeplechasing i hope MINDING can win next may.
October 12, 2015 at 20:03 #1217518Darren,I’ve been away to Norfolk but have watched Mindings demolition of a good field last Friday. You have cetainly spotted one there pal, well done for nailing your colours to just one mast. Its incredible how low key Aiden starts these fillies and yet before the end of their 2yo campaigns they are Group 1 winners.I believe on Fast ground Ballydoyle will easily win the 1000 gns, however on soft she’s no chance and its yours for the taking with Minding. On good ground it will be close between the pair but your filly certainly has a round action and the ground at Newmarket certainly had cut in it.Mark Johnston will train ‘Lumiere’ specifically for the 1000gns and she will be 100% for the day,our fillies on the other hand could be well short of their best if Team Coolmore aren’t bothered about early season targets for their big 2,that is the dilemma we’ll ponder over this winter.Good luck anyway.

Minding Galileo filly out of Lillie Langtry, full sister to Kissed By Angels. Looks faster than her sister and holds group 1 entries. Second on debut and although well beaten by Weld filly looked to have a better physical scope about her. Was a bit keen that day and did well to keep on for second. Dropped to 6f this evening and hosed up in a 4 runner affair. Hard to weigh up the form but she looks useful in full flight and it seemed to me that going back to 7f wouldn’t be a problem.
The danger is that who knows what other blue-bloods are lurking in the yard and with 17 fillies entered in the Moyglare (Minding is entered there) this may only be the tenth best filly in the stable. Quite a high head carriage but she has a quick action and looks powerful once hitting top gear. Interesting at 33/1 for now.
Best In The World and Hibiscus are the other Galileo fillies entered in the Moyglare from the power house team that interest me most at this stage as daughters of Red Evie and Jacqueline Quest.
The above was written on 25th June. No credit yet again for an early shout
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.

Steve, how can I put this without upsetting you?
November 9, 2015 at 05:40 #1220842just going through the race and some good early spots (as usual) on here.I was wondering if there is any value in Alice Springs @ 20s.Held in Chevely Park (Lumiere) and Moyglare (Mindng/Ballydoyle), step up to mile will suit(as proved at BC).
Just need someone to put me off throwing a few shillings each way at her.lolNovember 9, 2015 at 17:26 #1220901Not many seem to come back well from America in the guineas off the top of my head.
