Has the right age profile of recent winners of this and finished in front of the Skelton horse on seasonal debut on soft ground and won his warm up race for this cosily. He’ll be held up so if all goes well he’ll be coming through at the business end of the race. The faster they go the better. And he has won 3 times on heavy ground and very soft ground in France so any worsening of ground conditions shouldn’t be an inconvenience.
Bucephalus, Wellington Arch, Un Sens A La Vie, Hot Fuss, Milldam, and Dance And Glance likely to be up with the pace or not far off it according to some pace map data I’ve seen.
