What did the Boris or Truss what there government stand for , I’d say one thing Labour stand for is the NHS , are those waiting times coming down .. they most certainly are , I see more cancer doctors are being placed in more remote areas to combat the postcode lottery of care , I repeat we aren’t going to fix 12 years of Tory mismanagement in 2 years , Starmer ain’t perfect but he’s better than anything the Tories offered , that’s the Tory party that’s now seeing the rats deserting the sinking ship
