WOW!! Some crazy scoring today so first of all can you please check your scores because it is very close for third and I wouldn’t want to do anyone out of a podium finish!!

First of big congrats to Andre (Euroalien) for moving from 4th and 30 odd points behind and winning it

Secondly Wyldesyde and Mike2084 for massive scores on the last day too, you were both just too far back at the start of the day but well done for being the two top scorers on the final day

Thirdly well done Tonge and myself for getting on the podium and Tonge in particular for coming form so far back to do so and not having any welly points too!

Oh yes forgot about the cakes

These Wellingtons have proved to be a great way of upping your scores with many of you gaining substantial points with them.

First of all, I must congratulate Wyldesyde for being top scorer on the day with 98 points, closely followed by Mike 2084 and Euroalien – who scored 93 and 90 respectively. A good chunk of your points by clever use of your Wellies – well done!

Many congratulations to Euroalien for battling his way up the leaderboard to take 1st place.

Well done to Raymo for staying at 2nd place all through the competition – you will have to let me know what brand of superglue you have been using!

Well done to Tonge for climbing up into 3rd place, mainly thanks to napping that very first winner of the day – which is no mean feat!

Hope everyone enjoyed the revival of this Newmarket competition and we look forward to catching up with you all again for the Derby!

Well done Andre Great tipping throughout and Raymo you deserve those cakes tonight some brilliant choices from all three podium finishers and Tonge got off to a flyer today. it’s not an easy competition to win or place in so well done all.

Many thanks to the Raymos for reviving this compy one of my favourites but this time my scores were hopeless I was just getting going at the end with a couple of winners. The rest were paddling upstream most of the time.
