Was going to have a decent bet on denman today but spunked my cash on Alfie Sherrin yesterday. Put on a big accumulator with my remaining £7, everything has won apart from…. Kauto star!
So I’d expect Denman to win by 30 lengths.
Master Minded between 4 and 10 lengths at 7/2 with a slght saver on over 10 at 5/1

I’ll be taking the 10/1 on next years champion hurdle for Dunguib. Didn’t go on the ground today and considering he’d have been 3/1 had he won today I think 10/1 looks huge. Wasn’t disgraced and ran a decent race, finished a few lengths off the winner after losing countless lengths staying wide to aid his jumping. Polish that up and if we get a bit of rain this time next year, I think I’ll have more than made up for my loss today.
I’ve always been in the Go Native camp but Zaynar at 10/1 is amazing IMO. I think the circumstances around the race that it was beat lto may have caught a few of these out. That race can be dismissed to a certain extent and more than doubling in price because of it gives great value here.
Agreed, I would be surprised if he makes any mistakes in the better ground and with the length of the run in I’d still be confident if he hit the last and was 3 lengths down to any of these. All good horses, some brilliant, but Dunguib is in a different world.
Put these two on about a week ago, got about £10 more on with accumulators etc, may put a few more on before next week but not sure yet!
Dunguib 4/5
Garde Champetre 9/4
Big Bucks 8/13£35 ew treble.
Long run 5/1
Garde Champetre 9/4
VLV 3/1£1.50 ew patent
Bit worried about VLV as I think she may run in the champion!!
I’ve heard that the weights are out today, anyone know what time this’ll be?
