Been a bit quiet of late….with christmas fast approaching.

Hopefully continue my recent good run of form with my returning tip today.

Ludlow 2:35 – Made in Time (10/3 this morning).

Looked good on his win at Ffos Las in November, and unluckily unseating rider on his last run. So as long as no dramas today I honestly think he has the running on Time For Spring. Not much other competition in the field that i can see.

A few potential candidates out there today, but i want to go for something with a bit of value!

    14:55 Uttoxeter – Mortimers Cross (8/1 Bet365)

Likes this track, won here before. Been out of form a little bit lately, but looking at the field I think hes got enough on Run To Fly to take the win.

Good luck. Wrap up warm today!

Ok, so maybe slightly ambitious yesterday.

Lets get back to reality today:

1:45 Cheltenham – Knockara Beau (7/1 Totesport, Betfred)

Likes the course, good jumper, and good value at 7’s. Worth a punt definitely.

Not an easy race though, so good luck!

My run of good form continued yesterday…another 3/1 win yesterday to add to the profits. Thank you Key Cutter!

Today, im going for more of an outsider:

Ludlow 1:10 – Prince Buster (16/1 – generally most Bookies)

Whilst the outsider of the field. Dont write him off. He hasnt ran that bad, picking up a few 2nds and 3rds before UR on last ride. At 16/1 im taking an E/W punt.

Lets see if we can really make some big bucks today.

    Good luck all!

3:30 Leicester – Key Cutter (3/1 Ladbrokes, William Hill)

Horse has a tendency to just miss out by a nose, plenty of 2nds and 3rds to go add to his few wins.
He should always be there or thereabouts, and whilst Forty Five is a threat under the McCoy drive…..my moneys on Key Cutter to get back to winning ways.

    Good luck! Wrap up warm!

Invictus coming in for me yesterday continues my run of good form………8 winners/13 losers and profits of £346.25.

Lets see if we can continue today:

    2:20 Sedgefield – Mansonien L’As (5/1 with Boylesports)

In a pretty open race….the favourite could possibly change 4 or 5 times prior to the race start. However, getting in there early on Mansonien L’As is my plan today….got a good chance at 5/1.
Has produced a mixed bag really, but has shown great potential in a couple of his recent races…..and call me crazy, call me reckless….ive got a feeling today might be the day he steps up to the mark.

Lets hope we get another winner!

Ive hit a few decent long odds of late, there are a few that stand out today, such as Follow The Flag at 10/1.

But my Nap today has to be:

    1:10 Plumpton – Invictus (2/1)

I love this horse, never let me down when ive had a punt on him, and im expecting him to make it a 3 wins out of his last 3 races today. But i will admit, Gift of Dgab is a threat.

    Lets see shall we.

    Great win again today…..Eyre Square.

    I got him at 13/2, SP 6/1.

Another £65 to add to the profits!

    2:30 Kelso – Eyre Square (13/2 totesport/betfred)

Whilst there are a lot with chances in this race, Eyre Square gets my nod. Sometimes can produce a mixed bag, but on its day can be right up there competing (5 wins, 2 seconds in last 11 races).

I like the 13/2 odds, so decision is win or each way. Im going for the win.

    Good luck all!

Ok, back to my nap of the day.

    3:05 Sandown – Satou (4/1) this morning.

No massive contenders in this race coming off form. With Satou i think hes got a lot more to come, and hopefully should follow up a couple of second places this year with a win today!

    Ok…..

So i had a look into it last night, to see if i could find any good sites or ‘conclusive’ evidence.

Took me ages, couldn’t really find anything (apart from ridiculous £40 a month ‘tipping’ sites….really?!)

    Then i found this:

    napchallenge

Took a punt on it and it gives a good breakdown of all the newspaper tipsters monthly profits/loss/strike rates. Pretty much what I was looking for, so just though i’d share. At least theres some ‘hard evidence’ out there about Newspaper Tipsters.

    Hmmm….

I’m not sure about that. Like I say, I’ve had pretty good results in the past following their tips.

I’m gonna have a look into it tonight, and I’ll report back with my findings tomorrow!

Good luck today if you’re having a punt!

    12:50 Hereford – Catawollow

Get in there early on Catawollow today. 11/1 this morning, and a great each way shout. I expect her odds to shorten significantly.

Ran a great race at Leicester to come 1st last time out, and if things go right again should be in the places. And at 11/1, worth a punt.

So with Ayr getting called off today, its down to 2 race meetings.

    12:40 Lingfield – Galiotto (11/4)

All the talk is about Williams Way, and people expecting a winning return after a poor run of form. However, I dont think I can see it today, and expect Galiotto to pip him to the post today after a decent 3rd place in his last race.

    Wolverhampton 4:50

Stick your money on Frederickthegreat (7/2), should have the beating of Anginola today. And having a look through the rest of the field, cant see too much challenge coming from anywhere else.

    Lets see shall we…

Right. So getting this one in quickly.

I reckon an each way shout on Urbain De Sivola is the way to go today, in the 1:00 at Newbury.

I got him at 7/1 this morning, but hes shortened to 5/1…..so its upto you if you want to plump for the win instead.

    Fingers crossed!
