Today im looking at Newbury 1:35
Im liking the look and odds of Richmond at 4/1. He’s been there or thereabouts lately. I think he should have the legs on the favourite Sentimentaljourney…..but the favourite has got McCoy on board, but with odds of 4/1 on Richmond i think its worth a punt and hopefully the McCoy drive is in vain.
Today, expecting a return to winning ways for Porgy!

3:30 at Sedgefield looks like an interesting race today.
Endeavor immediately catches my eye at 7/1. Had a great win in his last race 5 days ago, and 3 wins in his last 6 races overall (unseating rider on a couple of occasions).
So as long as the rider remains on the saddle, he will be in the mix at the end!Going each way on this one. But i reckon he should come out on top.

3:20 Ludlow – Derwen Pryde (9/2)
Been improving of late, and am still not convinced on the favourite ‘Mission Complete’ who has only managed one win in 5 this year.
Lets see what happens shall we?

I expect him to follow up from his decent 2nd place run last time on 3rd Novemeber, where he looked pretty impressive.1:20 Haydock – Doctor David (11/2)
Had a good 2010 and 2009, not run this year yet….but could make a winning return if he shows the same form he did a year ago.Good luck all!

Again been there or thereabouts recently, picking up a few 2nds and 3rds. Cant really see much challenge in the rest of the field, and should have enough to beat Kumasi Clan!

Nice win yesterday with take cover getting me best odds guaranteed of 11/4.
Today im thinking:
1:30 Warwick – Deputy Dog 5/1
After being there or thereabouts this year, I think today might be the day he pushes on for the win, and being at 5/1 i think hes worth the punt.
Any other good tips out there?
12:20 Southwell – Take Cover
Ran a great debut race 3 weeks ago, winning by a length and a half, and i reckon theres a lot more to come from him.
I was a bit late today, got him at 9/4….which wouldnt be a bad return. Not sure if his odds were shorter earlier on though.
Today im gonna go for:
3:40 Wolverhampton – Final Delivery (11/4 this morning)
He’s been in the mix in his last 4 races, getting gradually better, narrowly missing out to get second in his last race. I think he will have enough to beat ‘Let Your Love Flow’ today and return a decent amount too.

First race of the day for my selection:
12:30 Newcastle – Dubawi Phantom
Has made a good return in October after having a break since March. Won nicely on 02/10/11, but then got badly obstructed in his last race on 31/10/11 causing him to unseat his rider.
I think hes got the running in him to get the job done here today…..9/4 this morning.
Could have done with fallers insurance yesterday….with Golden Chieftain falling 4 out, just as he looked to push on.
Today:
2:40 Taunton – Daymar Bay has got my money. 11/4 this morning. Hoping to bounce back to winning ways after a bad jump 3 out his last race causing him to lose his momentum.Good luck all.
Golden Chieftain – 2:20 exeter
With 2 wins in his last 3 races, one of them being at exeter. 5/2 this morning.
Hopefully get a good return on this one!
A sad day in any sport when tradition is lost through change. Unfortunately it’s the world we live in where deaths and risk force these kind of changes.
Any sports with death of humans are immediately changed with new regulations coming in….like the recent IndyCar crash with Dan Wheldon, I’m sure changes will be coming there.
Sad times, but it was only a matter of time.A good 5/1 win with Vintage Star yesterday….looked a bit laboured throughout, but then came good in the last 3 furlongs.
Today im plumping for Cloudy Too in the 2:00 at Sedgefield…..9/2 this morning. Unseated Rider on his last 2 runs, but im hoping to he gets back to winning ways, like he did in March.
