Give him a break, poor lad fell to pieces ive never seen so many jocks under as much pressure this week and making mistakes because of it, to many young jockeys in leading positions not able to hack it,
Whats even more worrying is the Department of Agriculture are taking the case against Fenton not the Turf club begging the question where have they been for the last two years apparently the department have other cases lined up as well but dont worry the turf club are monitoring the situation
If i know michael o leary gingertipster i think last installment will be drifting out of fentons yard asap
Not as bad as the sharks virus or tony ms, poor tony has had this virus for 10 years

On paper yes but his turn of foot at nass was impressive and he won over 2 miles on a very easy course at limerick its a visual thing he just looks a very good horse
Put it this way if he was trained by wp mullins what price would he be? for anyone who hasnt seen his nass win get it up on atr
Sorry clonbanan lad is in the bumper
nap. MONKSLAND neptune
EW. Clonbanan Lad (ground on easy side if soft hes the nap)
Lay: Long run
Handicap ; Nearest the pin: novice handicap chase
For a supreme novice a lot of these horses are a a bit over exposed for my liking, the horse im considering is Trifolium who looks to be progressing all the time under the rador and looks to be a proper two miler with a decent turn of foot, given a bit of juice in the ground he has good claims.
entries out this morning no samain, dissapointed
ladbrokes are taking no chances with samain he is 8s with them and is there 2nd fav, clarification of this horses participation would see his price slashed everywhere, i would agree with you, gigginstown give there horses time but this animal looks a different modus opperandi for them .
sorry ebanor trained by mccain
for me samain is the best bumper horse ive seen this campaign i was beginning to dispair but his performence at nass was top drawer ran straight as a gun barrel and threw in a great time on a course that takes no prisoners, i see no reason for gigginstown not to let him take his chance and expect to see him in the supreme next year, a dark horse could be that aga khan recruit evan williams has ,sneaky money for it even before it ran, ebba sommthing
The thing that makes horse racing stewards worse is that they have video replays to lookover whereas most other sports are split second decisions and perhaps can be forgiven.
Its just a disgrace no matter what way you look at it.[/quote
Exactly, its not as if they are making split second decisions!
An unbelievable decision, how on earth they came to that conclusion, the inevitable appeal will be successful no comfort for the punter im afraid. Anybody know the qualification to be an irish steward?
holly shamole thats a bit harsh 40 big ones just to top it off and he wasnt even trying to pull off a stroke, tony martin tread warily.
this years race is of a far lower standard than last years taking that into account silver jaro comes into the mix even though 12lbs higher than last years ground conditions will be in his favour and a run up to his mark will have him bang there note kirbybrougelantern still in to keep weights low.
another to consider is sesenta if you can forgive him his last run at faryhouse on terrible ground his improvement as a hurdler surely has not come to an end he won very well at listowel in the big 4year old handicap hurdle there, a race which has thrown up horses that run well in this event he has the right profile of an improving novice to go very well- AuthorPosts
