Also keep an eye out for Super Kenny which is reported to be Hendersons best four year old!!
Which when you consider he won the Triumph Hurdle with something else could be a good thing should it turn up at Aintree!!I watched Red Marauder’s National last night and its interesting but almost painful to see such decent animals going sooooooooooo slowly so I hope the ground is good to soft or soft at worst!
I thought it was initially a newspaper article?
If I am wrong I stand corrected!!
And I am wrong more than occasionally!!Wilts what I meant was if you back something ante post and it actually turns up you have half a chance!!
But having said that I backed one of Geoff Wraggs for the Derby once it might have been Young Senor or something like that and it did turn up and went down to the start and then proceeded to refuse to go in the starting stalls!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
At least with the National there are no stalls involved!!
As long it turns up at Aintree then we are nearly half way there!!
Okay Z
After your advice and my own investigation I am on…Timepiece 17
Revered 85
Hymnsheet 120
Pipette 130I just hope one or two of them turn up
P.S Pipette is entered at Kempton on Saturday.I hope it runs cos I am planning on going!!
Have to agree with Moe!!
Didnt have a bet in it but it would have been good to see the jockeys face when the result was announced!!I think its almost impossible to compare horses from different generations because of differences in going, state of the fences, training methods, feeds to name just a few. Also jockeys are certainly more professional today compared to the old days which may or may not contribute to an improved performance.
Its nice to do it but as far as a definitive answer is concerned it aint happening!!
If wishful Thinking turns up I would be very interested in it!!
I may be odd but I am actually getting more confident as the race gets closer!!
I think it might be lulling me into a false sense of security though!!
Come on Arbor Supreme!!If you don em regularly Kop you will get used to the five out of six syndrome!!
If I fail to get it up I am disappointed if I don’t get five!!
Kauto Star done me out of the placepot Friday at Cheltenham for FORTY grand!! Admittedly irt wouldnt have paid anything like if it was placed but WHY O WHY didnt I put two in the Gold Cup!!Well thats some consolation!!

I certainly couldn’t condone the blokes behaviour but I must admit I have felt like doing the same to numerous jockeys over the years!!
But seriously its a reflection of the violent society we live in!!
And as far as Fallon not being convicted of any riding crimes do you remember the Top Cees business? Would you sooner believe Thommo or Fallon?
Just personal opinion but last time I looked I was still allowed to have one even in these days of Nanny State!!If you go stictly on the form book then Mon Mome won the National off 148 and is now off 155 but won twelve lengths so it has a serious chance and a form line with Comply or Die which it beat twelve lengths is eight pouns better off so that should finish close to it!! But then conditions, form, luck and jockey performance have to be considered too!!
Personally I dont think it will win again but thats because apart from Red Rum they don’t win two on the trot!!
Humble Pie is ready though!!March 29, 2010 at 14:51 in reply to: Which flat horse would you like to have seen over jumps? #286286Imagine some of these top class miler and a half horses like Singspiel or Pilsudski running over hurdles.
It would be fantastic!!It does you good to dream sometimes!!
I am not Scottish Dalry but I think you show some biased towards Rangers regarding McCoist in front of Dalgleish. That is TOTAL INSANITY but hey what do I know I am English!!
