I love a moan and one that get’s me going is if i’ve backed a horse or not is when the race starts and the price of a horse is say 10/3, it wins up pops the result only to find the sp is now 3/1 not alot of difference i know but it infuriates me at times.

Alot could depend on the Chelsea – Man Utd game this weekend, both will surely have to play to near full strenght(surely), and it could be a bruising encounter where as Liverpool will play there reserve side at the weekend giving them plenty of recovery time for the clash at Stamford Bridge.
it only takes a second to score, but in Liverpool’s case it only takes 8 games away to Chelsea to score but im confident they will.

What a difference a day makes, Somerset back on course, sky sports news showed some of the wickets and it looks a bit tricky for batting what with the overcast conditions and an uneven bounce, and if the track gets worse over the next couple of days and the weather stays the same then Somerset might have an advantage bowling last, depending of course if they can post a decent second innings total.

These chinese players are quite some stars, the one playing Ronnie is only 17 and the guy who just beat Doherty looked pretty tasty, give 5 years or so and these kids coming out of china will be taking over. You are probably right Andrew regarding Somerset, Caddick will be missing for at least a couple of weeks and is a blow, but it’s the boys first game in div 1 for a long time and my heart is going to overrule my head. Good news coming off the press was Hildreth has signed a new contract which will keep him at Taunton to at least 2011 providing England dont snap him up and we never see him down here again.
