I think I am probably being unbelievably thick here…but where i the forum clock? I can’t see it anywhere…

thank you lekha that made me laugh, it’s ok don’t worry about clocks and things as no-one else does.GD is half correct – set your own profile to GMT + 1 (even though this didn’t sort out the forum clock until it was fixed) not that anyone noticed.
what GD really meant by "that’s all that matters" was that as long as the forum is still here and no matter what state it’s in and people can still post then "that’s all that matters"
April 23, 2008 at 19:35 #159485This complaining about the clock business has got out of hand.
April 23, 2008 at 20:06 #159491The little orange thingy at the side of each topic tells you if there are any new posts doesn’t it?
I was being a little flippant I suppose, but I’m just surprised this keeps rumbling on. Perhaps to someone who runs or sets up websites/forums there are glaring errors, but from my point of view, the forum is easy to post on, easy to read and pretty good.

correct Andrew, it seems that the majority on here don’t understand the problems and therefore that is the problem, the majority wins everytime even though they are wrong.
I don’t care how the forum looks or is run anymore anyway (it took me a while) but I do like to reply to posts.
marb – thanks for the support

If there was a head scratching emoticon I’d be placing it right here –

April 23, 2008 at 21:57 #159535TRF’s time-stamps have been correct on my machine since BST resumed
So I certainly "don’t understand the problems"
setting your computer’s system clock to "automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" may be the key
