LGR if a member of staff is betting in their own shop then thats a sackable offence. you might like to have a quiet word in their ear, suggest he settles a couple of your bets at 50/1, otherwise tongues might start wagging…
quite why anyone would want to spend their day off in their shop is beyond me…

tut tut, bad elmo!
if anyone thinks "shes the main man in the office in the city and she treats me like im just another lackey, but i can put a tennis racket up against my face and pretend that im kendo nagasaki" is not the work of a genius, then theyre just plain wrong:cool:
perhaps i’ll manage a more lucid reply in the morning, for now this is all i can muster…
West Ham to beat Derby (10/11, Corals) rated a maximum 5 points
southampton 3-3 fulham leaves the running totals at:
level stakes: +4.58
ratings +13.7
just to give you an advanced warning (in case you were looking forward to a lie-in tomorrow) that west ham will be a selection, i’ll let you know nearer the time if its either 4 or 5 points. personally, im getting quite excited about this one…
ive been running this for the last 2 months, just this is the first fixture to fit the system. but what can you do…?
Southampton to beat Fulham (11/8, Hills) rated 3 points
Quote: from Zoz on 10:00 pm on Nov. 30, 2004[br]Ah, I wish I could afford to see Muse live…what a great list of songs they have…amazing.
saw them in bristol in 1999 for a mere £7, those were the days…
anyways, We Start Fires are currently on the km gramophone, trying in vain to fill the void left by kenickie…
many thanks rex and snowman, lets hope it continues:cheesy:
Man Utd 0-0 Man City
Middlesbrough 1-1 Bolton
Newcastle 1-4 Fulham:o
Huddersfield 1-1 Brentford (sincerest thanks to pavel abbott:angry: )
Leicester 3-0 Coventry
Sunderland 2-0 Ipswich
Millwall 1-0 West Ham
by my reckoning, that makes:
level stakes: +5.58
ratings +16.7
Sunderland to beat Ipswich (13/10, Hills) 3 points
Millwall to beat West Ham (11/8) 2 points
apologies for the lack of updates, ill be sorting out the running totals after todays games.
Leicester to beat Coventry (5/6 hills) rated 3 pts
quite right snowman, i cant have any complaints.
the profits havent been quite what i was hoping for, but then the number of selections has been down about 30% this year. (making up for that today though:) )
Man Utd to beat Man City (4/9, ladbrokes) rated 4 pts
Middlesbrough to beat Bolton (10/11, ladbrokes) rated 3 pts
Newcastle to beat Fulham (4/7, ladbrokes) rated 4 pts
Huddersfield to DRAW with Brentford (11/5, ladbrokes) rated 3pts
as i said at the start, november usually signals the start of the slump. now, i have had a tinker with the selection system, but as im not really sure why this happens i cant be certain that any changes i have made have helped. this is the main reason i started using the ratings, to maximise profits on maximum confidence bets. i suppose it may make more sense just to tip the 3, 4, and 5 rated selections, but maybe thats something to think about for next season. in the meantime, i will continue to list all selections, but personally i will only be backing the higher rated ones, and to much smaller stakes.
anyway, places to go, people to see…
well, the referee did his best, and for that he should be congratulated:angry:
level stakes: +2.875
ratings +11.95
